1. Services & Products

Genyus Mcfly offers digital sound kits, sample packs, e-books, and FL Studio templates for purchase and download. These products are provided as-is, without any guarantees of compatibility with all software versions.

2. Payment & Refunds

• All sales are final. Due to the digital nature of our products, we do not offer refunds or exchanges.

• Payments must be made in full before accessing any digital content.

3. Intellectual Property & Copyright

• All content, including drum kits, samples, MIDI files, e-books, and templates, is the intellectual property of Genyus Mcfly.

• You may use purchased sounds and templates in your productions, but redistribution, reselling, or repackaging of any files is strictly prohibited.

• The Random Chop Samples Kit includes recognizable songs. Any samples used from this kit must be cleared by the original rights holders. Genyus Mcfly is not responsible for sample clearance.

4. User Behavior & Prohibited Use

By using this site and its products, you agree:

• Not to engage in illegal activities, including unauthorized distribution of purchased content.

• Not to use hateful, abusive, or harassing language in any communications with Genyus Mcfly or on affiliated platforms.

• Not to spam, promote unrelated content, or misuse services offered on the site.

We reserve the right to disable or suspend any user account found violating these terms, engaging in fraudulent activity, or misusing our digital products.
